Offered at LucasaCare BG, LLC and LucasaCare East Community Access Services are integrated into the Plan of Care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our residential programs. They are designed to help the individuals we serve integrate into the community, find natural supports, and build the skills they need to explore everything they enjoy!

Goals are based on the individual’s interests and abilities. Activities may include volunteering in the community, participating in clubs (fishing, LEGO, crafts, and others), visiting museums, exploring a park, socializing with friends, and other activities designed to help improve social skills and create natural supports.

Community Access Services are overseen by a professional independent support coordinator, and can be provided on a one-on-one basis or in a group setting. Services are flexible and be be altered at any time to meet the needs of the individuals.
